Eng. Abdulmohsen Almarshad is the CEO of Shurfah Real Estate Investment and Development, serving also as CEO for Shurfah Tower Co. and member of the technical committee for Tadawul Real Estate Company.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Open Malaysian University, certified in leadership programs from Harvard Business School and INSEAD Business School, and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from King Saud University. Throughout his career, he has held several leadership and executive positions, including serving as Deputy Governor for Engineering Affairs of the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority, and COO for Tadawul Real Estate Company. He also served as an Advisor in the Royal Court and Ministry of Finance, project manager and technical advisor in the Capital Market Authority and KAFD.

Dr. Khalid Al Arfaj is the CEO of Shurfah Master Housing Development, also serving as CEO for Shurfah – Future Homes. He holds a PhD from the University of Bradford in Informatics, two Master’s Degrees in Systems Engineering from KSA, and Project Management from George Washington University, UAE, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering from KFUPM.

Throughout his career, he has held several leadership and executive positions, including Advisor of Strategic Partnerships at the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC), General Supervisor of Real Estate Development Services at the Ministry of Housing, General Director of Operations at MODON, CEO of Digital City and KAFD digital infrastructure, and Board member of STC and Saudi National Bank (SNB), among many others.

Eng. Muntaser Kalahji is the President and COO of Shurfah Holding, serving also as a member of the Board of Directors of Shurfah Holding, CEO of Shurfah Industrial Sector, and member of the Executive Committee of Value Capital.

Eng. Muntaser also served as a member of the Jury Committee of French Fab 2023 & 2024, France, and member of the Jury Committee of Microsoft Intelligent Manufacturing Award – MIMA from 2023 till date, Germany. He is also serving as independent board member and head of nomination and rumination committee at UBSCO.

He holds a Master’s Degree with honors in Business Administration from New York Institute of Technology (NYIT) – USA, 2009, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from KFUPM – KSA, 1991.

Throughout his career, he has held several leadership and executive positions, including CEO – Water and Power Sector at Abunayyan Holding, Board Member at KSB Arabia, Board Member at Chromalloy Arabia, Board Member at TORAY Middle East, CEO and co-founder of the Electronic and Electrical Industries Corporation, Managing Director of Inma Steel and Vice President – Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical Sector at Schneider Electric.     

With an impressive track record in the business industry, Mr.Abdullah Almajid is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Shurfah Holding, who’s also the co-founder of Al Majdian Residences, has made, remarkable impacts in various sectors, inclouding food and beverage, industry, financial technology, and e-commerce.

Mr. Abdullah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in law from King Saud University. His upbringing in a family endowed with impeccable business acumen and a wealth of knowledge in real estate development has significantly contributed to his path toward success. As a preceding generations and has made serveral achievements in the field.

His remarkable ability to diversify his investments and business ventures and his zeal for success are a testament to his exceptional entrepreneurial spirit.

Eng. Ahmed Bin Nasser Al-Bedaie is the CEO of Shurfah Holding, serving also as the Secretary General to the King Salman Charity Housing Association, Board member of a couple of real-estate funds.

He holds a Master’s Degree with honors in Business Administration from the joint program between Al-Yamamah University in Riyadh and Hochschule Furtwangen University in Germany, a High Diploma in Marketing from Washington State University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Saud University.

Throughout his career, he has held several leadership and executive positions, including serving as the Managing Director and co-founder of the Electronic and Electrical Industries Company and Arabian Qudra, and co-founder and board of directors of Chromalloy Arabia Company. He also served as the Vice President of Tatweer Building Company, one of PIF’s subsidiaries. He also served as the Vice President for Strategy in one of the PIF’s projects, where he collaborated with the Fund’s team and the Royal Commission for Riyadh City in building a comprehensive development strategy for real estate, industrial, and logistics components.
